North Korean trade rights to return after nuclear declaration

The White House has said if North Korea makes the long awaited accounting of its nuclear programs, it will be taken off the US enemies list.

    1. It’s done! The first part anyway. North Korea handed to China details of their nuclear program. President Bush lifted trade sanctions against North Korea. It’s been a long wait but at least it’s happening. Let’s just hope it won’t be another 6 month wait for them to actually scrap the whole program.
