    1. This is a step back for privacy and civil rights. One would have imagined that the hysteria over 9-11 terrorist atttacks have passsed. The bill will dengenerate into more abuses in the name of protecting the country’s security.

    2. I personally don’t mind having my phone tapped. With millions of phone lines around what are the chances? And if they do get your phone tapped oh well I’ve got nothing to hide. :p IMO the security benefit you get is worth this bit of privacy you lose.

    3. Great, just fucking great. Whatever happened to the people voting on this kind of thing? Seems that democracy stops at electing the mayor and president.

I have nothing to hide, but my personal life is nobodies business but my own. Think I’m a terrorist? Come to my house with a warrant.
